07-03-2017: TERREMOTO FORTE IMPEGNO SU STALLE DA REGIONE LAZIO
“E’ comprensibile la rabbia degli allevatori delle aree colpite dal sisma e la loro legittima protesta contro le lungaggini burocratiche che a volte ostacolano il veloce ripristino delle attività produttive. Tuttavia, avendo seguito l’evolversi della situazione post terremoto, ribadisco il forte impegno messo in campo dalla Regione Lazio, che ha assolto finora alla gran parte delle richieste pervenute per il ricovero degli animali. Più critiche invece sono le situazioni di Marche e Abruzzo, dove il secondo sisma ha provocato numerosi ulteriori danni, quando già si era proceduto ad affidare gli appalti per le stalle relativamente ai danni del primo sisma. Questo accavallamento e la conseguente necessità di nuove ricognizioni hanno portato l’allungamento dei tempi in alcune specifiche zone terremotate.Delle proposte emendative al DL Terremoto consegnateci stamattina faremo nostre come MDP alcune proposte, in particolare in favore del sostegno al redditto e per quanto concerne misure di sgravio fiscale.
Resta ancora da capire per quali motivi non si sia raggiunto un efficace coordinamento fra gli agricoltori per accettare e dare concretezza alla soluzione delle “stalle collettive” in sinergia con le istituzioni territoriali, una alternativa già sperimentata con successo durante i terremoti in Friuli e in Irpinia.”
